Instagram Lesson 007: Wrist Escapes, Wrist Control
Wrist control (same side or opposite side)
This one can be used on either arm
remember to jump close, keep your chest up and legs in a nice wide stance
1. Elbow by your side
2. Hand over hand over wrist
3. Jump towards them, switch legs if needed and use your body weight to break the grip/bring their head down
4. Elbow them in the face
5. Escape
