3.8 Knee Stamp
Probably the most important self-defence strike to learn (my oppenuen)
Where this strick hits
The front knee stamp
The side knee stamp
The rear knee stamp
What to hit with:
The heel of your foot, as if you're stepping on something.
How to do it:
Bring your back leg (your striking leg) up, lifting the knee as high as you can
Stamp down throw the leg
Return the kick
Repeat
Pros:
It's a relatively simple strike to do for a less trained person
Most people don't expect kicks to the leg
It can act as a warning to the assailant
If landed, their person will not be able to chase you, regardless of their pain tolerance or how many drugs their on
It can be used from a range of angles
It can be used from a range of distance
Cons:
If the strike was effective, they may never fully recover
Don't work straight on to a bent leg (however, all legs have to bend and straighten at some point)
