For power/speed athletes or fighters/grapplers

12 to 24 weeks long

OR self defence programme for 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 weeks

I joined BWSD after a really difficult start to my year and not feeling very safe in Brighton. I felt welcome as soon as I got there. The classes were really inclusive and encouraging, perfect for complete beginners but with enough flexibility so those with some previous experience can also learn and perfect what they want.
