6 or 12 weeks one to one sessions
2 Healthy eating plans and yummy recipes
Short and easy to follow along home workouts for when I'm not around
Its time to start a new chapter and 'KICK' start your fitness journey like we used too
A 6 or 12 Week
learn some simple self defence skills while you work towards your fitness goals, change your body compression and become lean and meeeaan
Literally, you will become a bit of a ninja with this striking based fitness and nutrition programme
and you will have fun, in all my years I've never come across anyone that doesn't TRULY enjoy hitting stuff... It's a thing!
Plus its probably one of the best stress releases out there
Programme details:
I will track your fitness with a little fitness assessment at the beginning and then re-test at the end
Your get a healthy nutritional plan. in fact, you'll get 2
One Low carb programme consists of 40 healthy recipes and a High Protin Programme consists of 52 healthy recipes, both contain weekly meal planners and shopping lists, all recipes are easy to make so the process couldn't be simpler (Vegan and Vegitarent opsons available)
I'll guide you on tracking and keeping you on point with tools and tricks

Kicks
Elbows
Knees
and move in a way that can help you learn self defence
You WILL build confidence and feel empowered after EVERY session
