3.2 Push
The push and be used to transition from a passive stance to a semi-passive or defence stance with ease.
How to do it
Step forwards with your weaker leg
Drop your level, so you have a lower centre of gravity as you push
Possession the hands in line with their centre line, one on top of each over
Where this strick hits
The strong hand wants to land on their solar plexus and the other hand on their chest or face
Pros:
Creates spaces or to set up strikes
Cons:
Can escalate things
May not cause any damage
